This seminar is ideal for those who only want to know a few "tricks" that the can use if ever they are confronted. This seminar aims to provide participants with the knowledge and skills required to assess, avoid and protect themselves against a potential hostile situation.
This seminar is designed for anyone who wants to learn how to remove them selves from a hostile situation by legally stunning an attacker and then quickly evacuating the area in order to lessen their chance of injury and increase their chance of survival. Students will learn how to diffuse and escape the most common statistical attacks by using the least amount of force.
Duration
Three hour module or to the individuals requirements.
Pre-requisites
Comfortable clothing for training. No jewelry or loose accessories. Personal Protective equipment e.g. mouth guard (both optional).
Summary of Contents
Identification of pressure and nerves.
Prevention and avoidance of potentially hostile situations.
Justification of striking and applying in self-defence.
Where to strike and how.
Direct application of simple techniques that may be required in acts of self-defence.
